Key Responsibilities
. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet project targets
. Monitor sales progress, pipeline, and conversion rates recommend improvements
. Supervise sales/team and coordinate with external parties
. Support promotional planning
. Marketing & Campaign Management
. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, PR, and events
. Manage marketing agencies and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables
. Oversee development of marketing materials (brochures, ads, presentations)
. Analyse campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies
. Support end-to-end project launches from pre-launch to post-launch phases
. Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders
. Ensure all marketing and sales materials are accurate and compliant
. Handle key customer enquiries and support closing of sales
. Build relationships with property agents and partners
. Ensure high standards of customer experience
. Reporting & Budgeting
. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
. Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures
Requirements
. Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
. Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in property sales & marketing for Executive level, and at least 8 years for Managerial level
. Experience in project launches and working with property agencies
. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
