Job Description:
MPN Tech is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help expand our client base and drive market development. In this role, you will introduce our technology solutions to new clients, manage client communications, and ensure smooth follow-ups on customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development: Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying and developing new market opportunities.
• Introduce MPN Tech: Actively present MPN Tech's products and services to potential new clients.
• Client Communication: Engage with existing and prospective clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
• Order Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Background: Preferably with electronic engineering and sales experience.
• Motivation: Must be aggressive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
• Language Skills: Fluency in two languages (written and spoken) is essential.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: Basic salary between S$2,000 to S$3,500 per month.
• Incentives: Project commissions and performance bonuses.
• Probation: 3-month probation period.
