Job Summary
As the Sales and Events Executive, you will support the planning, coordination, management, and execution of diverse events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate event solutions and ensure seamless onsite support, contributing to the growth and vibrancy of The Palawan @ Sentosa
As the Sales and Events Executive, we rely on you to:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events from inception to completion to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Provide onsite event support to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards during event period
- Collaborate with department heads to align event delivery with guest experience objectives
- Develop and propose innovative ideas to enhance event quality and address recurring challenges
- Create memorable and engaging event experiences that meet or exceed guest expectations
- Perform administrative duties related to event planning and sales management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market practices to inform event strategies and sales approaches
- Apply sales negotiation skills to secure event contracts and optimize revenue opportunities
- Utilize operational knowledge of Food & Beverage and attractions to effectively manage event logistics and client requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience managing events across various accounts with demonstrated success
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Attractions operations to support event execution
- Familiarity with sales negotiation and Food & Beverage events sales management
