Key Duties and Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner within internal systems
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order status updates
Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment arrangements and delivery follow-ups
Liaise with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or documentation issues
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Support sales team in preparation and coordination of customer visits
Track and follow up on opportunity pipelines and sales activities
Monitor and manage leads generated from exhibitions, campaigns, and other channels
Prepare basic sales reports and updates for internal review
Ensure timely communication between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role providing Sales Support and Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and interpreting relevant data.
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer interactions.
- Strong multitasking and task prioritisation abilities.
