Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service Support

  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner within internal systems

  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order status updates

  • Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment arrangements and delivery follow-ups

  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or documentation issues

  • Maintain accurate customer and order records

Sales Support

  • Support sales team in preparation and coordination of customer visits

  • Track and follow up on opportunity pipelines and sales activities

  • Monitor and manage leads generated from exhibitions, campaigns, and other channels

  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates for internal review

  • Ensure timely communication between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders


REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role providing Sales Support and Customer Service

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and interpreting relevant data.

- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer interactions.

- Strong multitasking and task prioritisation abilities.
