We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in the headphones, speakers and accessories market. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio products, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to lead a sales team effectively.

The successful candidate will report to the SEA+ Sales Leader. In the execution of daily business operations, she/he will need to interact with internal functions of Marketing, Supply Chain, Regional Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals of assigned product categories.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the audio and accessories industry.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other partners to enhance market penetration.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales team, providing training on product features, selling techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our headphones and accessories.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favourable terms and maximize profitability.



Desired Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in sales and business development roles, in consumer electronics space. Experience in headphones, speakers, mobile/home accessories categories, will be advantageous.
  • Strong industry network.
  • Excellent communicator ability to effectively engage senior external & internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • University degree, preferred, but not essential.
