Job Description: Sales & Business Development Manager

Role Objective

Seelbond Pte Ltd is seeking a high-energy, strategic Sales & Business Development

Manager to drive growth within our management consulting division. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building high-level professional

relationships, and converting complex organizational challenges into bespoke consultancy

engagements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

. Identify and target high-value prospects across key industries (e.g., Tech, Finance,

Manufacturing)that require organizational transformation.

. Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and

industry events.

. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor positioning.

2. Strategic Client Acquisition

. Lead the full sales cycle: from initial discovery calls and needs analysis to final

contract negotiation.

.Collaborate with senior consultants to design and present winning proposals that

address specific client pain points.

. Articulate the value proposition of Seelbond's consulting frameworks (e.g.,

Fame Technology Roadmapping, operational efficiency, digital strategy, or change management).

3. Relationship Management

. Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key

decision-makers.

. Act as abridge between the client and the technical delivery team to ensure project

scopes are accurately defined.

. Manage CRM data with high precision to track interactions and forecast revenue

accurately.

4. Revenue & Growth Targets

. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

. Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and thought leadership content

to enhance brand visibility.

Candidate Profile

Requirement

EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

Experience 2+years of B2B sales experience, specifically within Management

Consulting or Professional Services.

Strong negotiation skills, public speaking, and consultative selling

techniques.

AttributesSelf-motivated, resilient, and capable of navigating complex corporate

hierarchies.

Technical Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn
