Job Responsibilities
Involve in the whole sales cycle from lead generation to sales, onboarding, and after-sales training & cross-selling to new and existing individual clients
Conduct business development and the sales effort for the company's overall business and a full range of products in the APAC regions
Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies
Represent the company in the region's conferences and support the company's brand building, promotion and marketing
Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Articulate client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to continuously improve product features and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
Relevant experience in the digital asset industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
At least 2 years of prior sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably coming from an traditional exchange, 3rd party vendor working with buy-side trading clients or digital assets clients
Passionate about digital assets and strong understanding of derivatives, and trading workflows
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
