KosmodeHealth Singapore is a deep-tech spin-off from the Food Science & Technology Department of the National University of Singapore. Pursuing the mission to expand access to health from nature without burdening the earth, KosmodeHealth transforms food production by-products into premium functional ingredients and Food-as-Medicine products that benefit health of people and the earth.
ProTEGO - Protein Protects, protects human health with 32gprotein, 13g fiber noodle and only 27g carbs . It protects the earth by using repurposed peanut protein and sweet potato fibre - ingredients that don't need to be grown. It is crafted to be source of nutrient while facilitating a Low Carb Diet, a diet that is associated with health benefits such as diabetes remission and improvement of cardiometabolic markers.
ProTEGO has been gaining market traction since its Singapore launch in August 2025. We are seeking a mission-driven, waste-to-health champion to expand the sustainable health benefits of ProTEGO in and beyond Singapore.
Role Purpose
Drive sales growth and market expansion for ProTEGO by actively identifying, pursuing, and closing B2B and B2C deals across healthcare, wellness, and food sectors. Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, while also contributing to channel development and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage target clients-including hospitals, clinics, fitness centers, food distributors, manufacturers, and wellness retailers-to generate and close new sales opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and company sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand ProTEGOs market presence in Singapore and beyond.
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, and product events that convert leads into customers.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, product tastings, and outreach activities to engage potential partners and clients.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and forecast pipelines using CRM tools.
- Participate in feedback loops with product, marketing, and leadership teams to sharpen market fit and customer value propositions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in closing B2B and B2C sales deals, with at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles in FMCG, healthcare, or food sectors.
- Strong negotiation, sales execution, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and resourceful, able to identify and seize sales opportunities independently.
- Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging diverse decision-makers.
- Experience coordinating marketing events, campaigns, or digital content is a plus.
- Passion for health, sustainability, and food innovation.
