Responsible for driving sales and business development in Malaysia, while coordinating with Global and Regional teams on shared targets and initiatives.

Aggressively search, identify, acquire and develop new customers to key accounts.
Formulate effective sales and business development strategies and plans in Malaysia.
Continuously ensure a strong sales pipeline of new customers and new business.
Manage the overall sales management processes, and continuously look for opportunities to improve process efficiency / productivity to meet business targets.
Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers needs & requirements.
