Sales and Application Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth andstrengthen customer relationships across Singapore. The ideal candidate is aproactive leader with strong industry knowledge, proven sales performance, andthe ability to drive strategic expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales team toachieve revenue targets

- Develop and execute salesstrategies for new and existing markets

- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers

- Identify new businessopportunities and drive account growth

- Prepare sales forecasts, reports,and performance analyses

- Collaborate with management onpricing, proposals, and tenders

- To perform ad-hoc support tocompany as and when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of B2B salesexperience managerial experience preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation,and presentation skills

- Proven track record in achievingsales targets

- Ability to lead, motivate, anddevelop a sales team

- Independent, resourceful, andresults-driven

- Possess own vehicle
