We are hiring on behalf of our client, an automation machinery manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales stage, including application consultation and solutions advice.
- Deliver reliable after-sales service, offering technical backup and troubleshooting when required.
- Drive product awareness and promotion through telemarketing, demonstrations, and participation in marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the existing client portfolio while identifying opportunities to expand sales.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in technical sales or application support.
- Hands-on knowledge in Wireless Sensor, IoT, Level Sensor, PLC, and HMI, with practical exposure to control systems.
- Familiarity with measurement instruments will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is required.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
- Product-specific training will be provided.
