Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and students, answering inquiries about courses and schedules.
  • Manage enrollment processes, student records, and class timetables efficiently.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking when required.
  • Support sales efforts by following up with potential clients, coordinating trial lessons, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
  • Handle administrative duties such as preparing materials, scheduling appointments, and assisting teachers with classroom needs.
  • Ensure the center is tidy and well-stocked with supplies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

. Good organizational skills with an eye for detail.

. Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment.

. Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office basic Canva skills a plus.

. Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
