Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment & Placement Executive to manage domestic helper recruitment, placement, and work pass applications, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process for Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) to meet employer needs.
- Assess employer requirements and recommend suitable candidates based on job fit and client expectations.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments to ensure quality placements.
- Coordinate deployment, transfer, onboarding, and repatriation arrangements to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Work Permit, and related MOM applications to ensure timely approvals.
- Liaise with clients, candidates, and government agencies to track application status and clarify documentation requirements.
- Advise clients on Singapore employment regulations, work pass requirements, and recruitment procedures to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, candidates, and applications for audit and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Agencies Act requirements, and company policies to uphold standards.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-placement support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist in business development activities, client retention, and service improvement initiatives to support growth.
- Prepare reports and perform administrative duties as assigned by management to support operational efficiency.
Required competencies and certifications
- CEI Basic certification.
- experience in domestic helper placement
- Familiarity with MOM work pass application procedures, including Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit applications.
- Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and employment agency practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online government portals.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in the domestic helper industry.
- Experience handling appeals, renewals, and cancellation of work passes.
