The Sales & Project Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and company objectives.
Job Description
- Respond to RFQ and prepare require documents and submit tender.
- Plan and conduct sales visit and customer calls.
- Co-ordinate with Clients and Vendor/Contractor to ensure prompt deliver.
- Prepare project documents, plans, budget control sheet, progress reports and claims.
- Plan weekly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new business opportunities and competition status.
- Perform any ad-hoc task.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 years experiences in construction industry.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving licence, preferably with own vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / QS or related discipline
- Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
