SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Operate the Point of Sales system to process sales and payments accurately in the minimart
• Greet and serve customers to provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Perform cashiering duties including handling sales transactions quickly and accurately
• Raise purchase orders by coordinating with supplier sales representatives
• Maintain required product quantities by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock
• Update product prices in the system based on purchase invoices to ensure accurate pricing
• Handle fresh vegetables by maintaining their quality and freshness on display
• Ensure shelves and product displays are fully stocked and organized
• Monitor product expiry dates and shelf lives to maintain product safety and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet to provide a pleasant shopping environment
• Open and close the minimart during assigned shift times following operational procedures
• Work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays as scheduled
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support store operations
