We are seeking two experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Leaders (VP / Manager level) to lead business development initiatives in the Thailand. The ideal candidates will have strong technical and commercial expertise in the water and wastewater treatment industry, a deep understanding of the regional market, and a proven record of achieving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in water and wastewater treatment, recycling/reuse, and resource recovery across the Thailand.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans, ensuring pricing strategies align with commercial goals and customer requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong ties with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to support ongoing and future projects.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Perform SWOT and market analyses for water treatment and wastewater projects identify trends and areas for growth.
Technical & Commercial Proposals: Collaborate with proposal and technical teams to develop comprehensive techno-commercial offerings.
Presentations: Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations to consultants, EPCs, and potential clients.
Project Coordination: Participate in project kick-off meetings, monitor progress, and ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
Budget & Target Achievement: Work with finance and management teams to set budgets and achieve sales revenue goals.
Industry Engagement: Represent WOG Technologies at exhibitions, conferences, and regional water industry events to promote the brand and expand its network.
Education: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
Experience:
VP Level: 12-18 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment sales in the Thailand
Manager Level: 8-12 years of relevant experience in the same industry and region.
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with water and wastewater treatment technologies (WTP, WWTP, RO, ZLD, etc.).
Track Record: Proven success in sales growth, client acquisition, and business expansion in the Thailand market.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPIs.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and the use of digital sales and marketing tools.
