Location: SMU Connexion | Duration: 6 months (starting in Jan 2026) | Format: 5-days RTO

About: Nightingale is a startup specializing in preventive mental care, focusing on mental health screening and psychoeducation. We are growing fast and spearheading a few first-in-country initiatives to change the way we mental health.

Role: We are seeking a high-functioning and highly motivated candidate to work closely with the CEO to drive the revenue of our preventive mental care solutions. This role will require managing relationships with institutional partners, and executive-level clients at MNC employers and schools. Fresh grads are welcomed.

Requirements:

  • Any degree
  • Played or playing in any sports
  • Demonstrated track record of academic performance
  • Solid content writing and communication skills - able to explain complex concepts in plain English (a written and presentation assignment will be given; wholesale copy-and-paste of LLM-generated content will disqualify the candidate)
  • Final year students are welcome to apply as an intern; full-time role conversion will be granted for exceptional performance during the internship

Preferred requirements:

  • Final year students (for the internship role)
  • Missions school alumni
  • Did overseas exchange or have studied abroad
  • Dean's list or magna cum laude

Compensation (for full-time employees or converted interns):

  • S$54,000 p.a. in base salary with CPF
  • Basic insurance with GP coverage
  • 14 days sick leave
  • 28 days annual leave
  • S$1,000 in annual mental health benefits
  • 10% commission on quarterly sales (of our psychoeducation plans)
  • No probation; if mutually agreed sales targets are not met for two consecutive quarters, a performance review will be conducted leading to separation of employment
