About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is driven, ambitious, and hungry to win.
This role is for someone who thrives on targets, enjoys the chase, and is motivated by results and rewards. You will be on the front lines of revenue generation - prospecting, closing deals, and actively contributing to a strong, performance-driven sales culture.

What You'll Do
- Actively generate and close sales opportunities across assigned products and services
- Prospect aggressively through calls, messages, follow-ups, and outreach
- Engage leads from multiple channels and convert them into paying customers
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Work closely with marketing to feedback insights from the ground
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Contribute ideas and energy to build a strong sales culture
- Continuously improve sales techniques, scripts, and approaches
