Sales & Marketing Engineer (gearboxes, couplings, geared motors)

Key Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
• 3-5 years of industrial sales experience (preferably power transmission products)
• Strong knowledge of gearboxes/geared motors
• Good communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Find new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Sell products to OEMs, distributors, and end-users
• Conduct technical presentations and negotiate deals
• Plan and execute marketing activities (campaigns, exhibitions)
• Build customer relationships and provide technical support
• Track sales performance and contribute to growth strategy
