We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales / Business Development Executive with B2B sales experience to join our team. You will drive business growth by promoting our academic programs and building strong relationships with recruitment partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a diverse range of academic and professional training programs to students, corporates, and partner organizations.
- Provide expert guidance to students and clients in selecting courses and training programs that meet their learning and career objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, corporates, and recruitment partners to expand the company's reach and enrollment network.
- Manage administrative tasks related to enrollment efficiently.
- Expand and maintain a network of recruitment partners to boost enrollment.
- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate training contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets (KPIs) while contributing to the company's growth goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the education sector, with B2B exposure.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills to engage diverse audiences.
