Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Automotive Solutions (e.g., ADAS, EV Charging, PIDS) support market expansion strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners act as key client contact
  • Support sales execution: develop strategies, prepare proposals, assist negotiations, and close deals
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis track trends and identify innovation opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Coordinate project delivery with internal teams and vendors ensure timely, compliant execution

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Logistics or related)
  • ≥2 years experience in business development, sales, or project roles in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive solutions, technologies, and market landscape

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking with solid business acumen and problem-solving skills
