The era of Cold Outreach is over. At Ventairy, we are building the first autonomous agent that replaces the spray and pray model with Intent-Driven Sales.

While the rest of the industry floods inboxes with noise, Ventairy monitors real-world triggers, job changes, funding rounds, market shifts, posts, etc. to ensure businesses appear at the exact moment a lead actually needs them. We are a founder-led, high-velocity team currently onboarding our first cohort of 50 visionary founders.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Advisor to join our Board of Advisors. You aren't just a consultant; you are a key architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

This role is designed for a veteran from a world-class AI or SaaS organization who has seen what good looks like at scale and wants to influence the next generation of sales technology from the ground up.

Your impact

  • Codify the Playbook: Help us translate high-performance sales logic into the brain of our AI agents.
  • Architect the GTM: Provide the strategic North Star for our fundraising, pricing, and enterprise expansion.
  • The Network Effect: Leverage your professional circle to bridge the gap between our tech and the industry's most strategic partnerships and investors.
  • Direct Mentorship: Work as a peer to the founding team, providing the unfiltered truth on our product-market fit and operational scaling.
