Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable furniture and home solutions.
- Provide personalised consultations to help customers create functional and stylish living spaces.
- Stay knowledgeable about furniture collections, product features, and industry trends to better support customers.
- Ensure the showroom maintains a high standard of presentation, including product displays and replenishment.
- Assist with stock handling, order processing, and other operational duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the retail, furniture, home lifestyle, or interior-related sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for home design and customer service.
- Proven sales-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
