Job Summary
You will manage daily administrative tasks, support front-desk reception, process customer orders, handle cash payments, and issue invoices to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing emails to maintain effective communication
- Organize, archive, and maintain company documents and contracts to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Record customer requirements, assist with on-site order processing, and enter orders accurately into the system
- Follow up with customers on balance orders when needed
- Collect cash payments from customers and ensure accurate cash handling with integrity
- Issue official invoices and email them to customers promptly using invoicing software
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic invoicing software to perform administrative and financial tasks accurately
- Attention to detail and high integrity in handling cash and contracts to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
