Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including handling customer enquiries and coordinating with Sales Executives.
Manage sales order processing, quotations, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 procedures.
Utilize ERP systems for order processing, reporting, and data management.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Support contract billing, renewal notices, and Accounts Receivable functions.
Prepare and compile sales reports for management review.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
