Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting sales orders, managing purchasing activities, updating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with customers, factories, and logistics teams. This role requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a positive attitude to contribute effectively to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input sales orders, process purchasing, and update schedules to ensure accurate transactions.
- Prepare proforma invoices and shipping instructions promptly to facilitate shipment arrangements.
- Interact with customers to address sales inquiries and provide support.
- Perform basic inventory control and processing activities.
- Coordinate stock purchases from factories and ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with factory personnel and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
- Support customers requests such as rescheduling reports, stock checks, and lead time inquiries.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department to support overall sales operations.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive work attitude and strong team spirit.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with knowledge of SAP will have an advantage.
