Job Description

About Link Compliance

Link Compliance is a global HR solutions provider specializing in Employer of Record (EOR), PEO, recruitment, and payroll services across 100+ countries. Headquartered in Singapore, we help businesses build and manage international teams compliantly across markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia, the UK, Germany, Spain, Turkey, and the USA.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, owning the relationship from first engagement through ongoing service delivery. Reporting into the Singapore office, you will be the bridge between client needs, our central operations team, and in-country HR specialists, ensuring every client request is handled accurately, compliantly, and on time.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and follow-through across multiple time zones and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main window of contact for assigned clients, as well as new and prospective clients during onboarding and pre-sales handover.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HR, Finance, and People Operations contacts on the client side.
  • Understand each client's business and operational requirements to anticipate needs and recommend appropriate Link Compliance services.

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate between clients, our central operations team, and in-country HR teams to ensure smooth execution of EOR, payroll, work pass, onboarding, and offboarding requests.
  • Track all client deliverables and milestones, proactively monitoring deadlines to ensure on-time completion.
  • Follow up closely and consistently on open client requests, providing timely status updates and removing blockers across internal teams.

Operational & Compliance Support

  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for in-country teams, taking into account local labour laws, payroll cycles, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with in-country specialists on country-specific matters such as employment contracts, work pass applications, tax filings, and benefits administration.
  • Escalate complex compliance, regulatory, or commercial issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another regional language is a plus given our APAC-heavy client base.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines concurrently.
  • Client-service mindset — responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfort working with cross-border, cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Preferred Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, HR services, EOR/PEO, payroll outsourcing, or a related B2B services environment.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations, work pass processes, or payroll operations in one or more APAC markets.

What We Offer

  • A central role in a growing global HR services group with offices across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
  • Exposure to international HR operations, employment law, and cross-border workforce management.
  • Collaborative team culture with direct visibility to senior leadership.
  • Competitive remuneration package.
