Job Scope
Sales & Order Administration
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related sales documentation
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, terms, and customer information in internal sales systems
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Customer & Sales Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team, including follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data accurately
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records of sales documents and transactions
Coordination & Process Support
- Support day-to-day sales operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures and processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma students or recent diploma graduates in Business, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines are welcomed to apply
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive with a positive can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work accurately with data and documentation
- Comfortable with using ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
