Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process customer inquiries by issuing quotations, sales order and delivery order.
  • Accurately enter and process sales orders into our system, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Liaise with suppliers (factories in China), issue purchases orders and coordinate purchases to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitor delivery/shipping schedule for timely deliveries, for both local and overseas deliveries.
  • Follow up on outstanding sales and purchase orders.
  • Proactively track orders.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification required: Nitec (ITE) and/or GCE O Level.
  • Proficiency in English and with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in China.
  • A reliable team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Some experience with SAP or similar system (preferred)
