Job Description:
. Assist in Sales and Marketingactivities, issue quotations and prepare marketing materials.
. Admin and co-ordination support:documents filing, issue sales order, invoices and delivery orders
. Arrange daily delivery schedules.
. Liaise with customers to secureorders.
. Provide sales related support inall areas of order fulfilment.
. Handle call-in / walk in salesenquires and orders.
Job Requirements:
. multi-tasking, self-starter,independent with good initiative and interest in continuous learning.
. Pleasant personality.
. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
. Good command of written and spokenEnglish.
. Able to communicate with customersfrom all levels.
. Proficiency in Microsoftapplications like excel, word, power point, etc
. Certificate / Diploma in anydiscipline and preferably with 2 years related experience.
