Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support sales operations and order management across regional markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate data management, and strong coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing and customer data in CRM/ERP systems
  • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance, and external partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and track order status
  • Support reporting, documentation, and overall sales operations
  • Coordinate meetings, events, business communications and travel bookings
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer and distributor queries

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, or customer service in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash processes and Order Management system
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
