Job Description

Key Duties

  • Handle sales administration support including preparation of payroll, overtime and related calculations.

  • Prepare, draft and manage LOAs, contracts, letters, and HR/sales-related documents accurately and timely.

  • Maintain proper filing, records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, HR, finance) to ensure accurate data and smooth administrative processes.

  • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as required.

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales administration, payroll processing, or documentation handling preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
