Your new role
Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales administration, coordinating across global stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across functions.
. Monitoring and managing customer and internal queries (email and phone)
. Capturing and maintaining accurate data related to pricing, production, quality, shipments, and collections
. Updating revenue commitments(Provisional vs Final Pricing) monthly
. Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
. Supporting pricing processes, including drafting and sending price offers
. Supporting contract management, including tracking, reviewing, and issuing agreements and amendments
What you need
. Atleast 2 years experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, or commercial support roles
. Experience working with ERP systems
. Strong organizational and documentation management skills
. Ability to work flexibly across different time zones
. Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of operational activities
