Position: Sales Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure document are updated and communicate information to operation team
- Perform task such as sending inquiry, issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice.
- Communicate with customers through Email/Phones. to achieve and meet customer requirements
- Laise with various team to fulfil customer's order when needed
- Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
- With 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment
- Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 5.30 pm
