Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader to lead and manage our sales administration function. This role oversees daily sales support operations, including invoicing and billing processes, ensures smooth month-end closing, and acts as a key liaison between the Sales team, Finance, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Administration team
  • Oversee sales order processing, quotations, and contract documentation
  • Manage invoice issuance, invoice delivery to customers, and billing inquiries
  • Handle monthly invoice closing (billing cut-off) and coordination with Finance
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing and sales-related documentation
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal departments
  • Improve and standardize sales administration and billing workflows
  • Prepare sales and billing reports and monitor operational KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, billing, or related roles
  • Experience with invoicing, month-end closing, or billing operations
  • Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) ERP/CRM system experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working closely with Finance or Accounting teams
  • Experience in an international or multicultural business environment
