Job Description

Are you a multi-tasker who loves closing deals as much as keeping things organized We are looking for a motivated Sales & Admin Executive to join our team at Kaki Bukit!

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our agency, helping families find the right help while ensuring all the paperwork and digital marketing run smoothly.

  • Work Schedule: 6-day work week.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing:

  • Manage basic social media marketing (posting updates, engaging with inquiries).

  • Handle online application marketing to reach potential clients.

  • Consult with employers to understand their needs and recommend suitable candidates.

Administrative:

  • Process work permit applications and renewals.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and employers.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with agency standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, etc.).

  • Highly organized with an eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in a maid agency is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
