Job Description

- Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
- Generate Sales Orders upon completion of sales originating from call centers, online orders, dealer channel sales or any other sales channel
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Arrange and update appointments for walk-in commercial customers, dealer sales channels and liaise with the internal stakeholders team - Maintain adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues
- Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
- Other showroom related duties assigned by supervisor
