We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales, operations and management teams. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, budgeting project management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full tender process, including preparation and submission of tender documentsProcess and manage service agreementsProvide administrative support to the sales and operations teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with company procedures
- Maintain accurate records in Quick book and internal systems
- Assist with inventory tracking and logistics coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely job execution
- Management for budgeting, project management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in computer
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- English and mandarin speaking
- Computer Literacy
