Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Admin Executive to support both Steel Sales and Machinery Rental operations. This role involves handling sales inquiries, preparing quotations and agreements, coordinating with internal teams, managing administrative duties, and achieving assigned sales KPIs to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Handle sales and rental inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online).
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct cold calls and actively source new clients to meet monthly sales targets.
Administration & Documentation
- Prepare and manage sales and rental agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
- Follow up on payments and update management on sales progress and performance.
Operations Coordination
- Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, equipment deployment, and return arrangements.
- Coordinate equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and order fulfilment.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
- Track sales performance and provide reports to support management planning and strategy.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or sales administration, preferably in steel, machinery rental, construction equipment, or building materials.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, customer service, and results-driven mindset.
- Administrative Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in preparing quotations, contracts, and reports.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills confident in dealing with clients and internal teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) CRM experience is a plus.
- Language: Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Salary Package:
- Basic salary starting from up to $3,500 before commission
- 5-day work week (40 hours per week)
- 23 days Leave (14 days annual leave and 9 days Casual leave)
