Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales team including clearical, dat-entry and filing
  • Prepare sales promotiona proposal form and related materials
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast, sales achievement, retailers stock balance report, sales order form
  • Assistin sales order processingand sales invoice processing
  • Assist in maintaining of promotion planner, sales outlet list, product information list

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE'O Level and/or relevant qualification n business field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and also as a team player
  • Able to work within tight timelines
