Job Responsibilities
- Administrative support for Sales Operations
- Manage & update Pricing & Costing Lists
- Order processing of Sales Orders/ Purchase Orders/ Delivery Orders/ Invoices
- Coordinate with Logistics & Installation dept to ensure timely delivery
- Providing sales & marketing support to the Sales Department.
- Maintain systematic filing systems & records
- Assist Sales Department to coordinate, collate and compile reports & operations
- Other ad-hoc duties and project assigned
