Prepare and generate quotations using the company's software for tenders, ad-hoc jobs, new contracts, and renewals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Follow up with clients on outstanding quotations and negotiate terms where necessary.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, and proactively resolve feedback or complaints.
Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and fulfilment of service quality.
Understand operational standards and procedures to effectively support new projects and maintain the existing customer base.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate with Operations on scheduling manpower and equipment for jobs.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers on procurement matters (e.g., purchase of cleaning supplies).
Maintain proper records for delivery orders, job completion forms, and client feedback.
Perform other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/GCE N or O Level/Professional Certificate/NITEC qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
Strong industry knowledge in commercial cleaning and disinfection.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Independent, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
Computer literate, with proficiency in email and Microsoft Office.
