Job Description


Key Responsibility

  • Handle daily administrative paperwork like invoices, quotations, PO, and DO
  • Keep files and sales records organized
  • Enter and update data regularly to ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Update customer, supplier, and order information in the system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Take and process customer orders (walk-in, phone, online)
  • Work with the operations team to make sure orders are prepared and delivered on time
  • Conduct daily stock taking upon drivers return and reconcile with system records
  • Assist in processing documentation for overseas incoming shipments

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, email)
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin due to job requirements in handling Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers
