Job Summary
You will manage customer orders by preparing quotations and sales documents, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and liaising with customers and transporters to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to confirm orders
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify stock availability for customer orders
- Generate and process Sales Orders, Picking Lists, Delivery Orders, and invoices promptly
- Monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding collections and deliveries to maintain satisfaction
- Liaise with company drivers or transporters to arrange efficient delivery schedules
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales personnel to coordinate order processing and resolve issues
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- Proficient in basic computer use to manage sales documentation and communication
