Responsibilities:
. Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels (WhatsApp/Meta/Tiktok) and provide information on service
. Preparation of invoices and quotations
. Job scheduling for day to day operations
. Perform any work related ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
. No minimum education
. Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Positive attitude and willing to learn
. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
