  • Provide sales support, liaise with team and/ or customers on daily basis
  • Prepare and process quotation and contracts
  • Follow up on quotations until works order received
  • Answer phone call and email enquiries
  • Prepare powerpoint presentations
  • Fill out company pre-qualification documents
  • Prepare tender documents and supporting documentation
  • Any other assigned duties related to sales support function

Expected Areas of Competence

  • Sales and/ or customer service experience in pest control or related fields preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint
  • Needs to be self motivated, interested to learn and understand the industry
  • Must be a strong team player and communicator
  • Needs to have good attention to detail
