Role: Sales Consultant
We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our maid agency, focusing on handling customer enquiries, understanding employer needs, and recommending suitable domestic helpers.
This role involves managing the full placement process from enquiry to deployment, while providing responsible and professional service throughout.
Requirements:
- CEI certification is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle customer enquiries and follow up consistently
- Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple cases
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in maid agency or sales is an advantage
Job Scope:
- Respond to customer enquiries (WhatsApp / calls / walk-ins)
- Understand employer requirements and recommend suitable helpers
- Coordinate interviews and assist in selection process
- Handle documentation and update case progress
- Follow through each case from confirmation to deployment
- Provide after-sales support and manage replacements when needed
Working Arrangement:
- 6-day work week
- Retail hours 11am - 8pm or 10am - 6pm / schedule may include weekends
