Job Description & Requirements

. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.

. Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.

. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management

. Assist with the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

. Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips

. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage but not necessary

. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
