Job Overview

We are seeking a light-hearted Sales Manager with experience to drive and manage sales activities for Automotive SoC, MCU, and Network SoC products across Southeast Asia and India customers. This position plays a key role in executing multi-region automotive semiconductor business, expanding Telechips presence in emerging markets, and managing strategic relationships with global OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and solution partners. The role requires close collaboration with HQ R&D, product, and global teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive promotion and design-in activities with regional Automotive Customers
• Manage customer projects ensuring alignment with FAEs and HQ R&D teams.
• Support customer technical requirements in cooperation with engineering teams.
• Maintain demand forecast and pipeline visibility for assigned accounts.
• Provide customer feedback, market updates, and competitive information to HQ.
• Work with regional partners and distributors to expand business opportunities.
• Report sales activities and project status to the leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 35 years of experience in automotive electronics or semiconductor industry
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive semiconductor market
• Experience with design-in process
• Ability to collaborate with global teams
