Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales activities with company objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment
- Comfortable working with international clients and occasional international travelling for client visits
