Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Work Location: East

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales activities with company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment
  • Comfortable working with international clients and occasional international travelling for client visits
